We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join our team at Evergreen Animal Hospital in Gig Harbor, WA.

About Us:

  • We are an AAHA Accredited Hospital.
  • We currently have 3 full-time veterinarians and are looking to add one more to our team.
  • We have a supportive staff in place to help with growth and development, and we work together to divide up surgery and appointment cases equally.
  • We are a busy clinic, with a high volume of dentals, surgeries, and appointments Monday through Saturday.
  • Our doctors have the opportunity to develop their skills in areas of interest, such as surgery, orthopedics, and exotics.
  • We have a Class IV Cold Laser Therapy unit and are located near our sister hospital, PetZen Animal Wellness, which offers alternative and holistic medicine.

Compensation Package:

  • Guaranteed Annual Salary: $120,000 - $130,000, paid month-to-month.
  • Monthly Production Bonus: 21%-22% of additional revenue produced.
  • Signing Bonus Package: $5,000 - $10,000 at start date, and $5,000 - $10,000 relocation bonus.
  • New Grad Benefits:
    • Regional Next Level Mentorship Program for new graduates.
    • $15,000 Tuition Assistance Bonus for new graduates who commit to a contract by the end of 2024.
    • $5,000 CE for new graduates who commit to a contract by the end of 2024.
    • Referral Program Eligibility: $10,000 bonus for referrals.
  • Other Bonuses:
    • We offer tailored incentives to fit individual needs, such as gym memberships, vacations, or doggie spa/day care services.
  • Paid Time Off: Minimum 2 weeks (12 days).
  • Schedule:
    • 3-4 days a week (10-hour shifts), counted as full-time.
  • CE & Professional Memberships:
    • Annual stipend for CE of choice ($2,500 - $3,000).
    • Professional Training and Development upon request.
