Our company, Coldwell Banker Premier, is seeking a highly skilled Rental Agent to join our team. As a Rental Agent, you will be responsible for all aspects of the leasing process, from introducing properties to prospective tenants to periodic inspection of actively leased properties.

The ideal candidate will have a proven working experience in property management and hold a Property Management or Real Estate License. They will also have a deep understanding of real estate law and leasing practices, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. If you are motivated, driven, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Advertise vacant properties to attract potential tenants
  • Show properties to prospective tenants and inform them of all available amenities
  • Holding open houses to showcase properties to a larger audience
  • Qualifying prospective tenants using background checks and references
  • Accepting rental payments and providing receipts
  • Maintaining deep knowledge of the local market and housing trends
  • Negotiating leasing terms and closing deals
  • Inspecting properties on a regular basis and scheduling necessary maintenance/repairs
  • Providing administrative support and other duties as assigned
