Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Prototyper to join our team at Hewlett-Packard. As a key member of our 367 Garage incubation group, you will be responsible for driving the creation of user-centric digital experiences that seamlessly blend aesthetics and functionality.

Responsibilities
  • Develop organization-wide experience architectures across multiple platforms and organizations within the Global Business Unit.
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies, innovations, and outsourced partner relationships for alignment with design strategy, technology roadmap, and business value.
  • Review and evaluate designs and project activities for compliance with technology and development guidelines and standards.
  • Create appropriate designs that address user research findings, functional requirements, technology constraints, business goals, and organization's security.
  • Integrate suggestions, updates, and innovations into overall architecture and design language.
  • Leverage recognized domain expertise, business acumen, and experience to influence decisions of executive business leadership, outsourced design partners, and industry standards groups.
  • Negotiate and evolve the design with stakeholders in the product team, and ensure that the integrity of the design is upheld in the delivered product.
  • Partner with business partners and business leaders on the rollout and change management of program changes.
  • Ensure that branding and illustrations are implemented correctly inside of products, presentations, and other experiences.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members to set an example of user experience design innovation and excellence.
Requirements
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Design, Human Factors Engineering, Social Sciences research, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in design principles, human factors engineering, social sciences research, or a related field.
