Role Overview: As the Director of Home Care Operations, you will play a central role in the successful launch and continuous management of our new branch. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing all facets of the agency's operations, including client intake, caregiver recruitment, payroll management, and scheduling coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the agency's operations in Pierce County
