Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Conduct general maintenance and upkeep on building and grounds, including repairs to electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Inspections and Troubleshooting: Inspect equipment and identify areas that require repair or maintenance, and troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order parts, supplies, and equipment as needed to support maintenance and repair activities.
  • Health and Safety: Monitor and respond to security and safety issues, and ensure compliance with company health and safety policies.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar maintenance or facilities role preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve, knowledge of machines and tools, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
