About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to join the Apple Service Engineering organization as a Senior Manager of Cloud EPM. The successful candidate will lead a team of program managers who can thrive in a fast-paced workplace where drive and team collaboration are the keys to success.

This is a critical role that requires a strong leader who can drive a large portfolio of programs in key domains such as Compute, Storage, and Traffic. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud-native infrastructure engineering and technical product/program management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of program managers to deliver high-quality technical programs
  • Partner with the SRE team to define, prioritize, plan, and deliver the project portfolio of technical, infrastructure, and system needs that make Apple, Apple
  • Drive a large portfolio of programs in key domains such as Compute, Storage, and Traffic
  • Act as a problem solver on applicable domains, analyzing business risks, needs, and requirements
  • Represent the team in problem-solving and engineering discussions
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in the software industry, including cloud-native infrastructure engineering, and technical product/program management
  • 5+ years of people management experience, leading teams in delivering high-quality technical programs
  • Skilled in communicating and presenting work to senior leadership, framing discussions to gather valuable feedback
  • Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between stakeholders in Dev, SRE, and Product to drive the roadmap
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experienced in working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, particularly with large-scale systems
  • Strong background in delivering services working closely with Infrastructure engineering
  • Excellent written, and verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive with proven creative and critical thinking capabilities
