Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Haller Enterprises. As a key member of our Residential Services Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality workmanship in the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions to their HVAC problems.
  • Residential Focused: Work in a fast-paced residential environment, servicing a wide range of HVAC equipment, including heat pumps, gas and oil furnaces, ductless split systems, boilers, and geo-thermal units.
  • Educate and Inform: Provide homeowners with honest and informed opinions based on the facts, empowering them to make informed decisions about their HVAC systems.
  • Quality and Efficiency: Find and fix small problems before they become bigger, more expensive repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction and extending the life of equipment.
  • Teamwork and Mentorship: Work collaboratively with colleagues, providing guidance and sharing knowledge to help others grow and develop in their careers.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in residential HVAC service.
  • Associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school (beneficial but not required).
  • Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record.
  • Strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in workmanship.
  • Lifelong learner, recognizing the importance of continuous learning and growth in the field.
  • CFC Certification - Type I and II, Universal (ideal).
  • Proficiency with technology, including working from an iPad and typing professional emails.
