We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Horry County, SC. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our Compensation Plan offers top pay in the industry, with opportunities for unlimited income potential through our progressive benefit plan and additional pay incentives.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients' levels of function and skilled therapy needs to develop personalized care plans.
  • Treat patients to relieve pain, restore function, and achieve optimal outcomes according to established plans of care.
  • Advise and consult with families and interdisciplinary teams to promote functional outcomes.
  • Assess, monitor, document, and report progress of patients' health and conditions using required documents via clinician-preferred technology.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and attending physicians to develop, integrate, and manage patient care plans.
  • Conduct field visits to evaluate and initiate start of care, conduct clinical outcomes monitoring, follow-up, and care performance improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize accepted company teaching materials in patient/family education.
  • Complete documentation timely, accurately, and at the point of care, according to industry standards.
  • Meet agency productivity standards and utilize time and resources effectively and efficiently.
  • Participate in center/agency surveys, mandatory in-services, case conferences, staff meetings, and programs as required.
  • FOLLOW ESTABLISHED SAFETY REGULATIONS AND PROCEDURES, AND REPORT JOB-RELATED FUNCTIONS/TASKS THAT INVOLVE OCCUPATIONAL HAZARDS AS NECESSARY.
  • Maintain current license, certification, and clinical records to meet federal, state, and agency regulations and guidelines.
  • Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care showing initiative and sound judgment.
  • Demonstrate willingness to adapt to change in workload and assist with training/orienting others.
  • Accept responsibility to report any alleged or suspected violations to supervisor and/or others until the issue is resolved.
  • Ability to be self-directed, prioritize, manage time appropriately, and meet outcomes and strategic goals by targeted deadlines.

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a valid professional license in State of practice.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.

• If foreign-trained, the program must be deemed substantially equivalent to a Physical Therapist entry-level education in the U.S. by a credentials evaluation organization approved by the APTA.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Prior Home Health experience is preferable.
