Job Overview

First Student is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Part-Time School Bus Driver to transport students to and from school. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of students.

Responsibilities
  • Drive a school bus safely and efficiently to transport students to and from school
  • Follow all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service to students and parents
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain a high level of safety and efficiency
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license for at least 3 years
  • Ability to pass a background check and DOT physical
  • Ability to work a split shift, with a few hours of free time in between
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits
  • $40.00 / hour starting wage based on experience
  • $2,000 sign on bonus for credentialed drivers*
  • $1,000 sign on bonus for new drivers*
  • Medical, Dental, & Vision Benefits plus 401k Retirement Savings Plans (Benefits offered may vary by location or CBA)
  • No experience necessary. We offer paid CDL training
