Our 38-bed Medical Surgical Unit 2SE at Grosse Pointe Hospital is dedicated to providing high-quality nursing care to patients with a range of medical diagnoses, including pulmonary, oncology, and general medical conditions. Our team is committed to delivering patient-centered care, incorporating a family presence model and recognizing the individuality of each patient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and families
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and well-being
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements
