Position Overview

As a part-time Hotel Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities and performing essential night audit tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests and associates with a friendly demeanor.
• Maintain regular attendance in accordance with company standards.
• Uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the appropriate uniform.
• Execute the End of Day process and generate necessary reports for auditing purposes.
• Balance daily transactions, including revenue from various services.
• Conduct security checks throughout the property to ensure guest safety.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries efficiently during the overnight shift.
• Maintain accurate records and logs as per company policies.
• Assist in setting up breakfast and managing related tasks.
• Train new Night Auditors as needed.

Qualifications
