Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Supervisor to lead our Post Surgical Unit team at Ascension St. John in Jenks, OK. This is a part-time day shift position with 12 hours per week.

About the Role

The Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating unit staffing, ensuring implementation of clinical objectives, and providing leadership in assigned areas. Key responsibilities include assigning, directing, educating, and monitoring nursing and support staff during assigned shifts.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date, an Oklahoma Board of Nursing Registered Nurse credential, and at least 1 year of cumulative job-specific experience.
