Job Title: Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Northern Gear and Machining. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing floor, ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed, and that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing floor, ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed.
  • Monitor and control production costs, ensuring that they are within budget.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production goals are met.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Machining knowledge and experience with CNC Mill and Lathes.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications.
