What We Offer:

  • We are excited to announce a PAID Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) Training Program.

Upon successful completion of the training and obtaining your certification, candidates will be considered for full-time positions within our healthcare facilities.

Compensation:

The starting pay rate for this position is $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in long-term care is advantageous.

Skills:

  • Effective communication and accurate documentation abilities.
  • Capability to interact efficiently with diverse individuals.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, sit, bend, squat, reach, lift, carry, push, and pull for a significant portion of the workday. The weight that may be lifted or force exerted can be up to 35 lbs.
