Starbucks Lead Barista

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Barista to join our team at Fry's Food Stores. As a Lead Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and leading a team of baristas to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.

• Customer Service: Provide prompt, quality coffee selection, purchase, and preparation to customers, ensuring a positive experience and exceeding service standards.
• Store Operations: Monitor and maintain store conditions, including inventory management, stock ordering, and equipment maintenance.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and direct department personnel, delegate job assignments, and hold team members accountable for their responsibilities.
• Marketing and Sales: Increase sales through effective marketing and merchandising of products, and assist in supervising and directing department personnel to ensure quality customer service.

• Minimum Qualifications: Must be a trained and certified barista, able to work weekends and holidays as needed, and possess effective written and oral communication skills.
• Desired Qualifications: Prior food handling experience, supervisory skills, and a strong track record of dependability and integrity.
