Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at The Delegate Hotel. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, mixing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mix and serve drinks according to company specifications
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, including the bar and surrounding areas
  • Abide by all State and Federal Liquor regulations
  • Attend pre-shift meetings to review service information and VIPs
  • Record drink orders accurately into the POS system
  • Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Knowledge of standard drink recipes
  • 1 year of restaurant bartending experience
  • 1 year of customer service experience
