Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior On-Site Service Specialist to join our team at Ricoh Americas Corporation. As a key member of our equipment maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and functionality of high-volume production copy machines.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position that requires excellent technical skills and attention to detail. You will perform regular inspections to identify and resolve any issues with the copiers, including clearing paper jams and troubleshooting problems.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair high-volume production copy machines, including binding and finishing work.
  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure convenience copiers are working properly and functioning at optimal levels.
  • Clear paper jams and notify technicians of specific problems requiring further attention.
Requirements
