We are seeking a skilled Wound Care physician to join our team at Summit Medical Consultants LLC, working in the SNF, Long Term Care, and ALF settings. As a consultative physician, you will work closely with primary care providers to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide medical care to assigned patient populations, maintaining timely and accurate documentation of care.
- Participate in quality assurance, utilization management, and peer review programs to ensure high-quality, cost-effective services.
- Support practice budgetary targets and work collaboratively with administration and staff to achieve strategic and operational plans.
- Share night, weekend, and/or holiday call duties as stated in the Employment Agreement.
- Graduate of an approved school of medicine with licensure in the state where you practice.
- Board Eligible/Board Certified by the appropriate certifying board.
- Current DEA number.
- Ability to meet desired business outcomes while maintaining quality of care.
- Commitment to healthcare and concern for people in distress.
- Average patient volume of 18-20 visits per day.
- A competitive base salary of $250,000 plus bonuses and a full benefits package.
