Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Co-Cheer Coach and Strength Conditioning Professional to join our team. As a member of our athletic department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strength and conditioning programs, teaching classes, and recruiting student athletes.
Key Responsibilities:- Program Development: Create and oversee strength and conditioning programs that improve athletic performance, reduce injuries, and teach fitness skills.
- Student Support: Provide individualized plans for athletes to improve their performance and monitor their academic standing and eligibility.
- Team Management: Coordinate team-building activities, schedule practices and games, and maintain daily class and game attendance for cheerleaders.
- Competitive Salary: $19,500 annually, paid bi-weekly.
- Benefits Package: Participation in the part-time retirement program through MidAmerica, worker's compensation, and other benefits.
