Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Clinician to join our team at the Center for Human Development. As a key partner in our innovative initiative, you will work closely with our primary care provider to provide assessments, treatment, and care linkages in a team-based model.

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to be part of a growing, SAMSHA-funded project that brings together mental health care and medicine. You will have the chance to work in an academically inclined clinical outpatient setting, where you can make a meaningful impact on the lives of adults and children.

Responsibilities

As a Clinician, you will be responsible for providing assessments, treatment, and care linkages in a team-based model. You will work closely with our primary care provider to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree in a relevant field and experience in harm reduction, peer support, and case management. You should be comfortable with autonomy and enthusiastic about contributing to a team that is highly focused on providing an amazing experience to our clients.
