We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Associate Optometrist to work closely with our Store Manager and Field Leadership Team. Your primary responsibility will be to create exceptional value for our patients by delivering top-notch eye care services while fostering a motivating work environment.

• Deliver Exceptional Patient Experience: Convey a 100% commitment to providing excellent patient service through effective execution of NECE (National Eye Care Excellence) protocols.
• Collaborate with Colleagues: Partner with Store Manager and Field Leadership Team to build a positive work environment that encourages innovation, growth, and success.
• Lead Clinical Operations: Conduct all services in accordance with Clinical Protocols and accepted standards of care, ensuring accurate diagnoses and personalized recommendations.
• Develop Emerging Talent: Coach Associate Doctors on clinical protocols, auditing charts as necessary, and communicate effectively with store associates to ensure seamless eyecare experiences.
• Maintain High Standards: Focus on developing qualified Associate Doctors and store associates by training them in areas such as orientation, front desk procedures, pre-testing, telephone skills, contact lens training, and clinical protocols.
