We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Captain to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton in Billings, Montana. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of banquets and events, providing exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Review and implement banquet event orders (BEOs) to ensure seamless execution of events
• Supervise and train banquet staff to ensure excellent service and quality standards
• Coordinate with chefs, servers, and other departments to ensure timely and efficient service
• Monitor and maintain banquet equipment, supplies, and inventory
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in banquet or event coordination; experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and food safety
