Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Crew Member to join our team at NLS, MTS, Signature. As a Crew Member, you will play a critical role in the success of our landscape restoration and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform habitat restoration tasks, including native plant installation, mulching, and noxious weed control.
  • Operate a variety of landscape equipment, including ditch witches, wheelbarrows, power tools, backpack blowers, chippers, stump grinders, bobcats, tractors, and bulldozers.
  • Assist with initial and ongoing training of crews.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with managers and team members.
  • Promote and maintain safe working conditions.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in landscape restoration and maintenance preferred.
  • Valid driver's license issued by the state where employed strongly preferred.
  • Pesticide license issued by the state where employed preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with crew members and managers.
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
  • Strong commitment to high-quality work and customer service.
  • Ability to operate commercial landscape equipment and tools.
  • Ability to complete tasks assigned in a timely manner.
