Indianapolis Bridal Stylist

Luxe Brands, LLC is a high-end, designer bridal boutique company that offers luxury, designer gowns at a discounted price. With 8 brick-and-mortar locations and an online presence, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and a unique shopping experience for our clients.

We are seeking a Part-Time Bridal Stylist to join our team at Luxe Redux Bridal Boutique in Indianapolis. As a Bridal Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a polished and professional image, and exceeding sales numbers.

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a warm and professional attitude towards clients
• Exhibit a keen eye for analyzing situations and identifying opportunities to drive sales and customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain knowledge of designers, garment fit, construction details, and alterations
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment
• Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest bridal industry trends and products

• One year of customer service experience, with retail experience a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and planning skills, with a problem-solving attitude
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and move multiple gowns on hangers

Starting salary is $14/hour, with commission opportunities to earn up to $25/hour.
