The Role

We're seeking a caring and compassionate Caregiver to provide personalized support to our residents. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in sustaining our kupuna's well-being, providing direct services, and supplementing the care of our nurses.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct services to residents, supporting their daily living needs and supplementing the care of our nurses.
  • Recognize, record, and report any significant changes in a resident's health status or well-being to our nurses.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care based on physical, psychosocial, educational, safety, and related criteria.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent / Minimum age of 18
  • Must complete a state-approved Nurse Aide Training Program
  • CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification with the State of Hawaii, preferred
  • 2-Step TB clearance and health review (can be done in-house)
