Chamber Assembler

Riverside Integrated Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled Chamber Assembler to join our production team. As a Chamber Assembler, you will play a critical role in assembling sub-assemblies and thermal chambers with other production team members.

• Maintain clean and orderly workstations and equipment following 5s guidelines
• Complete tasks as designated by production schedules with minimum supervision
• Inspect equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects
• Report defects and safety concerns to Cell Coordinators
• Align and clamp work pieces together, using rule, square, template or set up, placing them in fixtures, jigs, or vise
• Perform electrical and sub-assembly processes using power tools such as drills, grinders, pneumatic rivet guns, and Dremel tools
• Use HVAC equipment such as manifold gauges, vacuum pumps, and micron gauges
• Watch gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly
• Use hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating work pieces

• Ability to follow Manufacturing Instructions, Work Instructions, and wiring schematics
• Ability to manage your time efficiently and without direct supervision
• Ability to learn and adhere to all applicable health and safety regulations as well as LEAN manufacturing
• Knowledge of the manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a constantly changing environment
• Ability to work well with others
• Ability to rotate to various workstations while working collaboratively with others as required
• Strong eye/hand coordination with the ability to see details at close range
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read and speak English

This position is located in a manufacturing setting and requires frequent standing, up to 10-hour days. Travel may be required between all RIS facilities for trainings and/or business needs.
