Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team at Merrill Technologies Group. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, and for identifying and implementing improvements to our quality control systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Inspection: Perform dimensional and physical inspections to verify product conformity to customer requirements.
  • Process Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure consistency and accuracy in our products.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve quality-related issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of quality-related activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance quality and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Four years of experience in a quality assurance or inspection role, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Solid knowledge of inspection and test equipment, part drawings, technical math, and materials associated with typical products.
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Above-average problem-solving abilities, with the ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
