Dealership Driver

At Bill McCandless Ford, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dealership Attendant Driver to join our team. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the safe and timely transportation of dealership and customer vehicles.

• Transportation: Safely transport dealership and customer vehicles to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism during interactions with customers, ensuring a positive experience.
• Logistics: Communicate effectively with dealership staff regarding scheduling and vehicle logistics, ensuring seamless operations.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Complete vehicle walk-around inspection reports and document any issues or concerns, ensuring the highest level of vehicle maintenance.
• Cleaning and Organization: Assist in cleaning the service garage, including duties such as floor cleaning, sweeping, and removing trash/scrap during downtime between pickup/deliveries.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience: Valid PA driver's license and clean driving record.
• Skills: Ability to multitask in a busy, multifaceted environment, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
