  • Consult with customers to find a vehicle that meets their specific needs and preferences
  • Prospect and contact potential customers to drive sales growth
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of latest developments
  • Complete all sales-related paperwork efficiently and accurately
  • Follow the Ed Morse Steps to the Sale to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-year retail sales or customer service experience required
  • Steady work history and a strong desire to succeed
  • Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skills
  • Valid Driver's license with motorcycle endorsement
