Role Summary:
This position reports directly to the Regional Marketing Director and is essential in supporting marketing initiatives that drive sales and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing and presenting marketing data.
  • Training and motivating front-line staff.
  • Developing localized promotional strategies.
  • Assisting with budget management and financial reviews.
  • Coordinating community engagement events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage special projects, ensuring effective planning and execution.
- Gather and analyze competitive market intelligence.
- Prepare detailed reports and spreadsheets related to marketing activities and performance metrics.
- Assist in crafting communication materials for both employees and customers.


- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.


- Manage tracking of marketing proposals and expenses, along with various administrative tasks as required.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for customer service and technical teams.
- Provide training and support to staff on marketing initiatives to meet sales objectives.


- Collaborate with various departments and external partners on marketing projects.


- Organize and execute promotional events, which may require travel and flexible hours.


Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or advertising roles is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
