Home Health Physical Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team at Phoenix Home Care & Hospice. This is a full-time opportunity working days, Monday through Friday, in Branson, MO and surrounding areas.

The estimated salary for this role is $92,500 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will provide expert care to patients in their homes, working closely with physicians to develop and implement personalized plans of care. Your primary goal will be to help patients achieve optimal functionality, mobility, and overall well-being.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in accordance with their individual needs and goals.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to agency policies and regulatory requirements.
