Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Coach to join our team at D1 Training - Ridge Hill. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading our coaching team and delivering exceptional training experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a positive and motivating environment for all athletes.
  • Maximize client retention through best-in-class service, coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability.
  • Modify and adapt movements to suit individual needs.
  • Teach and educate clients on proper form and technique.
  • Lead group workouts, personal training, and team training sessions.
  • Deliver accurate and industry-leading educational advice on strength, speed, and nutrition.
  • Assist in conducting assessments and goal setting during the FTA process.
  • Train and develop other coaches through staff meetings, continuing education, and program review.
Requirements
  • Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification.
  • At least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA, preferably CSCS.
  • Minimum of 3 years of strength and conditioning-related experience in group, team, or personal training setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred).
