About the Role:

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a home health Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing services to clients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess clients' mobility, strength, and balance.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to address clients' specific needs and goals.
  • Educate clients and their families on proper exercises and techniques to promote safe and independent living.
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations in client records.

Requirements:

  • A current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license
  • Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Solid computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
