Housekeeping Associate

A key aspect of this role is working one weekday evening shift and having weekend availability.

Your daily responsibilities will include cleaning guest rooms efficiently to meet brand cleanliness standards and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.

You will also:

Notify your supervisor when service is complete, allowing rooms to be sold or occupied.

Report any unserviceable rooms to your supervisor according to established procedures.

Inform your supervisor about necessary repairs or unsafe conditions and manage supplies and amenities to minimize waste within the housekeeping department.

Key Requirements:

Prior housekeeping experience is preferred.

This job requires the ability to perform the following physical tasks:

Lifting or carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds and pushing or pulling approximately 200 pounds.

Frequent standing and movement around the facility, handling objects and equipment to maintain the property's cleanliness.

Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling are also required, as well as effective communication skills for interacting with guests and colleagues.

Basic reading, writing, and math abilities are necessary for reading room assignments, completing checklists, and replacing linens and amenities.

The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000-$55,000 per year, based on national averages for similar roles in the hospitality industry.
