About the Role

At Disability Solutions, we aim to provide an exceptional experience for our guests. As a Starbucks Barista, you will be a key part of this team, ensuring that our guests receive a consistent and high-quality experience in our Starbucks locations.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Deliver Exceptional Guest Experience: Connect with guests to deliver quality handcrafted beverages and food during all hours of operations, prioritizing their needs over tasks.
  
• Uphold and Maintain Standards: Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food and Beverage Standards, all Starbucks' brand standards, and food safety standards.
  
• Execute Food and Beverage Processes: Execute food and beverage processes, including food deliveries, replenishment, pulls, stocking, zoning, instocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, defect, signing, and backstock.
  
• Support Guest Services: Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU), and Drive-up (DU) and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties.
  
• Maintain a Welcoming Environment: Maintain an inviting dining area for guests all day, every day.
  

Requirements

• 
  
• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
  
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members.
  
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
  
• Work both independently and with a team.
  
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
  
• Attention to detail and follow a multi-step process.
  
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
