About This Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team in Columbia, Missouri. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide high-quality patient care before, during, and after surgery.

Compensation Package

This position comes with an attractive compensation package, which includes:

  • A highly competitive estimated weekly salary range of $1,860 – $2,032*, based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week
  • Tax-free stipend amount to be determined, allowing you to maintain a better work-life balance

*Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities as an Operating Room RN will include:

  • Providing compassionate and individualized patient care throughout the surgical process
  • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless execution of surgical procedures
  • Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current Missouri Nursing License
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
  • ACLS certification
  • At least 2 years of recent relevant nursing experience
  • CORN and PALS certifications preferred
