Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide support and assistance to our clients in their homes, helping them with daily activities and promoting their overall well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with morning routines, including personal hygiene and meal preparation
  • Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients
  • Assist with daily activities, such as light housekeeping and laundry
  • Help clients with transportation and errands
Requirements
  • Be 18+ years old
  • Have reliable personal transportation
  • Hold a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance
  • Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time
  • Satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent
  • Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
  • A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills
Work Schedule

This full-time position offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to work part-time or full-time based on your preferences. Caregivers are not required to work a minimum number of hours per week and can choose their preferred days, times, and schedules.
