As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to neonates, implement and monitor patient care plans, administer medication and treatments, assess, and coordinate patients' discharge plans.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to neonates in accordance with established healthcare organization policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, prioritizing patient needs and safety.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team, ensuring a smooth transition to home or further care.
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current licensure as Registered Nurse (RN).
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) through American Heart Association (AHA) certification.
- Proof of Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) certification.
- One year of experience in an acute care hospital setting, with consideration given to licensed military RN experience.

Physical Requirements: Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly.
