About the PositionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Long-term Care Pharmacy Manager. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care and service to our patients and customers.
Responsibilities- Manage and direct the activities of pharmacy staff.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- A license to practice pharmacy is required in the state of the position and must also be willing to obtain licensure for multiple states per request of the General Manager.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
