FT Shopper

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused To Go Shopper to join our team at Hannaford Supermarkets. As a To Go Shopper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

• Provide outstanding customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products, including answering questions and making recommendations.
• Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Restock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of produce and grocery products.
