In-Memory Database Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled In-Memory Database Architect to join our team at Amazon Web Services. As a key member of our Worldwide Specialist Organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, flexible, and resilient technical architectures that address complex customer challenges.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with large-scale customers and enterprises, leveraging your expertise in In-memory data architectures, NoSQL databases, and open-source technologies. You will collaborate closely with our Database Services team, Business Development, and Sales to enable large-scale customer use cases and drive the adoption and revenue of AWS.

• Represent the voice of the customer, bringing feedback to product teams to influence feature development and future product roadmap.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to domain-aligned GTM teams to unblock customers' largest and most critical business challenges.
• Act as a thought leader, sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and public-speaking events.
• Partner with Business Development teams to define the technical components of best-in-class GTM concepts, solutions, and initiatives.
• Create field enablement materials for the broader SA population, helping them understand how to integrate AWS solutions into customer architectures.

• 7+ years of design/implementation/consulting experience of distributed applications.
• 5+ years of experience in In-memory data architectures.
• 5+ years of technical experience in NoSQL Database and OpenSource technologies.
• AWS Solution Architecture certification or relevant cloud expertise.

We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
