Responsibilities
  • Participate in our comprehensive sales training program to develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role
  • Travel to various communities to support sales efforts and develop relationships with customers
  • Network and prospect to identify new business opportunities
  • Understand and maintain the customer experience touchpoints to ensure quality service and lead buyers through the new home sales process
  • Complete accurate and timely contract paperwork
  • Obtain and analyze market data to stay competitive
  • Maintain standard sales office hours while being flexible to meet customer schedules
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work weekends
  • A real estate license is required in all states except CO, MD, TX, and VA; both a Washington and Oregon real estate license is strongly preferred
  • Previous high-end sales experience is preferred
  • Ability to connect with people and develop professional relationships
  • Action-oriented individuals with a drive to push sales to successful closure
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

Compensation
  • Base salary: $25.00 per hour while in the training program
  • Estimated annual compensation with commissions: $125,000 - $175,000
