Job Title: Server/Bartender

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server/Bartender to join our team at EVEN Hotel Eugene. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with guests to understand their wellness needs and preferences
  • Assist guests with ordering and serving food and beverages, including bartending
  • Be knowledgeable about our menu and specialty cocktails
  • Use suggestive selling techniques to upsell and maximize hotel revenue
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent, plus 6 months food service experience
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit
