A Compelling Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and align hiring strategies with business goals.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize LinkedIn as the primary sourcing tool to identify, connect, and engage with qualified candidates.
  • Implement creative sourcing strategies to uncover passive candidates and build talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Leverage existing networks and industry connections to attract top talent.
  • Analyze current recruiting processes and recommend improvements to streamline and enhance efficiency.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience), 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or packaging industries, proven ability to source and hire talent using LinkedIn and ATS systems with minimal additional tools, strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels, and knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment and hiring.

Salary Information

This role comes with a salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year.
