Overview

This role oversees the operations and administration of an outpatient clinic providing Physical and Occupational Therapy. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, patient evaluation, treatment management, and staff supervision.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet census goals of the clinic and each clinician (office KPIs, number of patients seen)
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws
  • Facility maintenance and review/approve timecards through ADP
  • Interview/hiring of clinical and administrative staff in collaboration with HR
  • Training and onboarding of clinical staff, ongoing evaluation of performance
  • Monitor staff compliance, resolve performance problems, and elevate to HR when necessary
  • Follow up with patients on low net promoter scores, monitor monthly budget of visits, labor, and clinical supplies
  • Monitor documentation audits, Medicare compliance, and patients approaching MMR cap
  • WebPT schedule review weekly, monitor staff unsigned notes, perform new patient eval audit weekly
  • Manage and approve expenses of staff in the clinic, physician referral management, and clinical support staff expense management

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree required, Doctorate degree preferred
  • Professional License/Certification required
  • Valid CPR license
  • Minimum three years' clinical outpatient experience and two years' clinical supervision or clinical program development experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Prompt EMR system
