About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring professional to join our team as a Direct Support Professional. In this rewarding role, you will provide vital training and support to individuals with disabilities in their homes and community settings. This part-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15.15-$16.24.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to develop and implement effective training plans that cater to individual needs and preferences.
  • Maintain detailed records and reports to guarantee compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with colleagues, consultants, and supervisors to deliver seamless support services.
  • Implement stringent safety measures to create a secure environment for individuals.
  • Provide assistance with daily living tasks, including personal care, nutrition, and transportation needs.

Necessary Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent knowledge is a prerequisite; preference given to candidates with prior experience in human services.
  • A valid driver's license in Nebraska or alternative transportation methods are required.
  • Physical ability to lift objects as needed and work in varied settings.
