Job Title: Salesforce Architect

About the Role:

Universal Technologies is seeking a skilled Salesforce Architect to join our team. As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This is an onsite role in Albany, NY, requiring the resource to work at 40 North Pearl Street.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce solutions meet technical and business needs

• Act as a subject matter expert and liaison between clients and system integrators

• Validate Salesforce implementations against best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Architecture implementations and oversight

• Experience with QA of Salesforce implementations

• Experience with Salesforce design, strategy, and best practices

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and act as an independent subject matter expert
