As a Lead Speech Language Therapist at Penn Medicine, you will play a critical role in the delivery of exceptional patient care and education to future healthcare professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of clinicians and researchers who share your passion for speech-language pathology.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a current Permanent License as a Speech-Language Pathologist from the State of New Jersey. You will also require clinical competence in Speech-Language Pathology and a Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association or eligibility to complete a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Schedule and supervise SLP services to ensure optimal productivity.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with CMS guidelines.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for new hires.
  • Participate in governance meetings and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.

**Salary Range:** $95,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience.
