Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee inventory and ordering of office supplies to maintain a well-stocked and efficient work environment.

  • Compile and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
  • Provide administrative support to the training and quality specialists as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in an office or contact center setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
