About the RoleAt VIVE Collision, we are seeking a skilled Compensation Strategist to support our companywide compensation programs. This role is responsible for administering and implementing compensation plans that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and maintain our pay structure, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  2. Administer bonus payouts for recurring bonuses, including producing calculations based on incentive plan matrices.
  3. Provide guidance on payment administration and respond to plan and payout inquiries.
  4. Analyze workforce data and provide market analysis on an annual basis.
  5. Collaborate with HR team members, sales operations, and Finance to develop and implement compensation programs.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in compensation administration and analytics.
  • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of HRIS systems, such as ADP Workforce Now.
  • Data modeling and research skills, with a basic understanding of finance and accounting.
  • Ability to analyze financial data related to compensation and develop pay structures.
  • Salary range: $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
